COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -A Quincy man entered no contest pleas to a pair of attempted aggravated indecent exposure charges during a preliminary exam Monday in Branch County District Court after he was accused of exposing himself to women twice last month.
52-year-old Alan James Jester was charged in connection with incidents in the Meijer and Walmart parking lots.
Jester was arrested following a Coldwater City Police Department investigation. Police got a break in the case when a woman in the Walmart parking lot took pictures of the suspect and then called authorities. Before that there had been warnings on social media about a man who would park next to vehicles driven by women and then expose himself.
Jester is scheduled to be sentenced October 15, 2018 in Branch County District Court.
