COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – While work continues on rebuilding the Chandler Plaza parking lot, the Coldwater City Council Monday night adopted the first of four resolutions that are needed for the Parking Lot Maintenance Assessment Program, which takes place every four years.
A Public Hearing of Necessity and Second Resolution which covers the formulas for determining each assessment is scheduled for the September 24, 2018 meeting. A Third Resolution in which the council is presented with the proposed special assessment rolls will be scheduled for the October 8 meeting.
A Public Hearing on the assessment rolls and along with action on the Fourth Resolution will take during the council’s meeting on October 22.
