COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Township Supervisor Don Rogers has been reappointed by Governor Snyder to the Local Community Stabilization Authority Council.
Rogers will serve a six year term which expires in September 2024.
The five member council is responsible for coordinating access to public right-of-ways and the payment of maintenance fees by telecommunications providers to municipalities.
The authority is also responsible for distributing personal property tax replacement revenue to municipalities in Michigan.
