COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Early Thursday morning, the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities experienced an extended Skitter TV outage. According to city officials, early indications point to a computer failure on the CBPU network.
It was confirmed that the outage was not related to their content provider Skitter TV. All customers should have been fully restored by 4:45 a.m.

The all-digital Skitter TV service replaced the CBPU’s former analog cable television system earlier this year.
