COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It maybe the first week of October but it felt like summertime Wednesday as the official high temperature for Coldwater as recorded at the Branch County Memorial Airport hit 86 degrees just after 4:00 p.m..
That was just three degrees off the record high for October 3 in Coldwater of 89 degrees set back in 1922.
Normally, the high temperature for this time of year in Coldwater is 65 degrees.
Temperatures will be more seasonal over the next couple of days in the low to mid 60’s.
The mercury is expected to get back into the 70’s over the weekend and highs may hit 80 degrees on Monday and Tuesday.
