COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In girls swimming and diving at home Tuesday, Coldwter fell to Kalamazoo Loy Norrix 111-72
The Lady Cardinals did break the team record in the 100 Backstroke, and Jayda Kelly qualified for the MHSAA state meet in the 100 Freestyle. The Cardinals won six of the 12 events.
Cardinals coming home with wins were Kory Ulrich in the 500 Freestyle, Jillian McKinley in the 100 Butterfly and 200 Freestyle, Jayda Kelly in the 100 Freestyle and the 100 Backstroke, and Rebekka Lund in the 100 Breaststroke.
The Coldwater girls swim again Saturday at the Harper Creek Invitational.
