CENTREVILLE, MI (WTVB) – There have some changes at the top for the St. Joseph County Grange Fair.
The Sturgis Journal reports that the Fair Board of Directors dismissed Bill Johnson as Fair Manager during their monthly meeting Monday. Johnson had been the Fair Manager for nearly two decades..
In addition, Jim Barnes resigned as the president of the fair board. Tom Miller was named the interim board president.
Miller told the Sturgis Journal the vote to remove Johnson was not unanimous but the majority felt it was time to go in a another direction.
