COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Central Dispatch says there were two vehicle accidents in the county over the weekend with reported injuries investigated by Michigan State Police.
The first accident involved an ATV happened around 7:45 p.m.Saturday in Coldwater Township. According to Central Dispatch, the crash occurred near a wooded area along a tree line on Behnke Road about a mile south of Garfield Road.
The person on the ATV was reportedly taken by Life Care Ambulance to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital for treatment. The Coldwater Fire Department also responded and was on the job for a half hour.
The other accident was Sunday night shortly before 8:30 p.m.in Noble Township. Central Dispatch said an SUV went into a ditch off Southern Road, east of Dutch School Road, with only very minor injuries reported. The Bronson Fire Department was on the scene for 15 minutes.
