COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The case involving a Fremont, Indiana man who is charged with sexually assaulting and videotaping a passed out woman was bound over to Branch County Circuit Court Tuesday.
Two additional charges have been filed against 29-year-old Bradley Renner, who is now being held in the Branch County Jail after his bond was revoked during a preliminary exam in District Court for allegedly violating a no contact order with the alleged victim.
He was free after posting a $35,000 bond
An arraignment in Circuit Court has been scheduled for November 19, 2018.
Renner is facing charges of third and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, as well as counts of larceny and possession of drugs.
The Michigan State Police investigated the alleged incidents in March and April 2018. Detectives also accused Renner of stealing Adderall from the alleged victim.
The woman in the case filed the complaint when she heard he was letting others see the video. Renner claimed he didn’t show it to anyone, but someone found it on his phone. He also denies drugging the woman.
