HOLLAND, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s Jayda Kelly has qualified for the 50 freestyle championship race at the MHSAA Division Three Girls Swimming and Diving Finals in Holland. Kelly finished 11th in the preliminary round with a time of 24.67 seconds. The top 16 finishers advance to the championship finals. Kelly was 20th in the 100 backstroke while Jillian McKinley was 24th in the 100 butterfly. The 200 medley relay team of Rebekka Lund, Kelly and McKinley and Paige Kirkpatrick finished 26th while the 400 freestyle relay team of McKinley, Kordelia Ulrich, Lund and Kelly was 24th.
