COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The snow may be on the ground but the lineup for the 55th Tibbits Summer Theater has been announced.
Artistic Director Charles Burr says there will be four shows next summer starting on June 20th.
Scheduled to take to the Tibbits stage next summer will be “Be My Baby”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”, “West Side Story” and “See How They Run”.
West Side Story follows last summer’s presentation of “Jesus Christ Superstar” at the Tibbits. The landmark Broadway musical of a tragic love story is considered one of the theatre’s finest accomplishments. It was adapted into a 1961 movie which earned 10 Academy Awards including Best Picture.
