COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Legg Middle School eighth grade boys basketball team won their second straight game Monday as they defeated Marshall 33-31. Hunter Munson led Legg with 15 points while Garrett Johns added 10 points.
Legg’s seventh grade teams split with Marshall. The A team won 36-24, as Zach Coffing had 11 points and 14 rebounds. Grant Carter also had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
The B team lost 27-15 as Hugo Mojica had seven points and 12 rebounds.
Bronson split with Homer as the eighth graders lost 43-31. Aden Hathaway led the Vikings with 16 points.
The Bronson seventh graders defeated Homer 30-12. Miles Losinski led Bronson with 10 points and seven rebounds. Rodrigo Barajas added nine points.
