QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy Community Schools Board of Education is scheduled to fill a vacancy on the board during their regular monthly meeting Monday night.
The vacancy was created recently when Jennifer Wortz resigned.
Superintendent Marc Kramer says she cited personal reasons when she submitted her resignation in writing.
Scheduled to be interviewed are James Paxton, Erin Veysey and Kevin Woodward. Whoever is appointed will fill out Wortz’s term which expires in November 2020.
Monday’s meeting will start an hour earlier than usual at 6:30 p.m. in order to accommodate the board trustee interviews.
