COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Community Schools Superintendent Terri Boguth said at Monday night’s Board of Education meeting that bids for the HVAC project at Legg Middle School will be opened Tuesday.
The project is expected to cover two summers. The first part of the work next June calls for the replacement of HVAC ventilators in the seventh and eighth grade portion of the building. The rest of the work will be done the following summer.
The board is scheduled to award the bid for the project during their meeting January 28, 2019.
In addition, Boguth said the bids for the new fourth and fifth grade building that will be constructed on Western Avenue across from Legg Middle School will go out in January. District voters approved a millage for the new building in November 2017.
