COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Athletic officials at Coldwater and Three Rivers have made some changes to the boys and girls basketball schedules when the two schools meet later this month.
All of the underclassmen and varsity games will be played at Three Rivers.
Monday, Jan. 28
4:15 pm… Freshman Girls
5:45 pm… Freshman Boys
7:15 pm… JV Boys
Tuesday, Jan. 29
4:15 pm… JV Girls
5:45 pm… Varsity Girls @ Three Rivers
7:15 pm… Varsity Boys @ Three Rivers
Coldwater Athletic Director Todd Farmer said the schedules were adjusted in part because many basketball players have siblings that also play and are of different genders, along with both groups wanting to support other teams.
