HOMER, MI (WTVB) – Two young males may be formally charged today after they were arrested and jailed for allegedly assaulting others with a BB gun in Homer late Saturday night.
Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of West Main just after 11:00 p.m. and learned that one victim had been hit in the face by a BB. In a separate incident, a second victim was threatened when the gun was aimed at him.
Deputies located the suspects two blocks away and arrested them for felonious assault. The suspects are a 23-year-old from Homer and a 22-year-old from Lexington, Kentucky.
