COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The bad winter weather blew up the entire Branch County high school sports schedule Monday.
Bronson’s boys basketball game at Prairie Heights was rescheduled for Tuesday night. Bowling matches with Quincy facing Napoleon and Bronson hosting Parchment were cancelled Monday. The rescheduled Interstate 8 Competitive Cheer Jamboree at Harper Creek was called off again as was the Big Eight Conference jamboree that Union City was scheduled to host.
Coldwater basketball games with Three Rivers involving the freshman girls and boys as well as the JV boys were all cancelled.

Coldwater plays at Three Rivers tonight in a basketball tripleheader. The JV girls play at 4:15 p.m. followed by the varsity girls game at 5:45 p.m. and the varsity boys at 7:15 p.m.. Coverage on AM 1590 and FM 95.5 WTVB and on line at www.wtvbam.com starts at 5:30 p.m..
Also in boys basketball, Quincy will host Marshall, Bronson plays at Prairie Heights and Tekonsha will be at Colon. In girls basketball, Quincy will be at Bronson and Union City will host Jonesville.
Coldwater’s bowling and boys swimming teams will both be at home this evening. The bowlers host Jackson Northwest at Midway Lane while the swimmers host Eaton Rapids at the Browne Aquatic Center.
