COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Morgan Miller of Coldwater submitted the winning design in the Rotary Splash Pad mural contest.
Her design will be painted on the Rotary Splash Pad wall this coming summer.
The other two finalists were Matt Biolchini and Bailey Travelbee.
Artists submitted their designs, which were pared down to the top three choices by the Arts Alive board members, City officials, and additional judges.
The community then picked the winner. The winning design will be posted on the City’s website this Tuesday.
The Rotary Splash Pad Mural Project was co-sponsored by the City of Coldwater and Arts Alive, a division of the Tibbits Opera Foundation.
