PORTAGE, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater’High School varsity boys swim and ddive team set several new team records as they competed at their Conference Championship over the weekend. All eleven boys made it in for the second day of swimming.
Cole Neitzka finished eighth in diving. Mason Archie finished tenth in diving. Luke Larr finished twelth in diving. Rado Vanko finished 13th and broke the team record in the 100 butterfly. Jacob Taylor finished 18th and broke the team record in the 50 freestyle.
The relay team of Cole Neitzka, Jacob Taylor, Josh Rowlson, and Rado Vanko broke the team record in both the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
On Thursday, all three divers go to compete at Division Three dive regionals held at East Grand Rapids High School.
