COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater Township teenager entered a guilty plea Monday to a charge of second degree criminal sexual conduct following an alleged sexual assault on a 14-year-old girl during a party in early December 2018.
As part of a plea agreement, three other C.S.C. counts against 17-year-old Matthew Siler including a first degree charge will be dropped in exchange for his plea.
Siler is scheduled to be sentenced on April 15, 2019.
He was arrested following a Coldwater Police Department investigation.
