MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – A 37-year-old man has been arrested by Marshall Police for allegedly stalking his wife and violating a Personal Protection Order.
Police were called last Wednesday to a suspected domestic assault that occurred in the area of North Kalamazoo Avenue and West Prospect.
A 31-year-old woman reported she was assaulted by her husband in a vehicle.
Officers later found the suspect and arrested him. He was lodged in the Calhoun County Jail on charges of Aggravated Stalking and a Personal Protect Order Violation.
The incident remains under investigation.
