COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Quincy man who was arrested three times in 2018 for being in possession of methamphetamine was sentenced Monday in Branch County Circuit Court in one of the cases.
36-year-old Michael Richard Mosher was given a prison sentence of between 23 months and 10 years after he entered a guilty plea. Mosher was given credit for 177 days already served.
His time on this count will run concurrent with sentences he is currently serving in the Michigan Department of Corrections.
Mosher was given the same sentence last October in another methamphetamine case as well as two to five years for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Michigan Department of Corrections records indicate Mosher served over five years for second degree home invasion and unlawful use of a motor vehicle between 2000 and 2005 as well as nearly two years for attempted larceny between 2015 and 2017.
