Jerry Arden Miller, 63 of Coldwater passed away
Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Golden Years in Fort Wayne.
A graveside funeral service will take place at 2:00
pm, Friday March 15, 2019 at Card Cemetery in Coldwater. The family was
assisted by Dutcher Funeral Home of Coldwater.
Jerry was born August 24, 1955 to Floyd and Phyllis
(Layman) Miller in Coldwater. After graduation from high school, he proudly
served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Jerry was an avid music fan. He played drums in the
Christian rock band “Sage” for many years. Jerry was very family oriented. He
spent over six years as his mother’s care-taker when she fell ill. Jerry will
be remembered for his playful and strong-willed personality.
Jerry is survived by his daughters Jessica (Reagan)
Pruett of Shreveport, LA and Cami (Ronald) Murphy of Union City; his siblings
Jo Ann Miller of N.E. Albuquerque, NM and Jack A. (Alicia) Miller of Corona,
CA; his grandchildren Ellenor Murphy, Billy Murphy, and Lilly Pruett; his aunt
Sandra Case; his good friends Terry Appleton, Tom Ludwick, and Sean Gravens;
and his black lab “Jack”.
He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd in 1998
and Phyllis in 2018.
