YPSILANTI, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater boys tied for fifth while the girls finished in a tie for 14th on Friday in the Small School Division at the 64th annual EMU Huron Relays in Ypsilanti.
Coldwater’s Dylan Targgart won the shot put with a distance of 58 feet, eight inches which was almost 12 feet better than the second place finisher.
Matt Gipple was sixth in the 60 dash and fifth in the long jump. In addition, Kyle Foulk was fourth in the 1600m and DeAndre Douglas tied for seventh in the pole vault.
Kathy Potter was second in the girls 1600m as she was about a second behind Allison Rand of Jackson Lumen Christi.
