BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Bronson and Burr Oak firefighters had to put out a pole barn fire in the southwest corner of Branch County Tuesday evening.
Bronson Fire Chief Scott Wilber says crews were dispatched to 1019 Gunthorpe Road about 6:50 p.m..
Firefighters found flames coming from an approximately 30 X 40 foot pole barn when they arrived.
The Burr Oak Fire Department was called for mutual aid and provided a tanker.
Wilber says 11,000 gallons of water were used to extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported. LifeCare Ambulance also responded to the scene.
