READING, MI (WTVB) – A public hearing will be held during Monday night’s City of Reading Planning Commission meeting to consider an application by Green Tree Relief for a Special Land Use for property at 124 South Main Street, which would be used for a proposed Medical Marijuana Facility Provisioning Center.
It would be the second such facility in downtown Reading which falls under the city’s Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing and Zoning Ordinances.
The Happiest Camper opened up last month at 112 South Main Street.
The property is located within the Downtown Business District. It’s also within the Historic Overlay District. That means exterior improvements and signs are subject to the requirements of the district and will also be considered at Monday’s hearing.
