COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council formally adopted a nearly $45,000 professional service agreement Monday night with C2AE Engineers of Lansing who will design the Allen Avenue reconstruction project.
The City recently was awarded a Michigan Department of Transportation state transportation economic development fund grant of over $169,000 for the project which will support 62 new jobs at Envirolite and Sekisui Voltek.
The City of Coldwater plans to resurface the road, which is said to be in poor condition.
Plans call for new gravel shoulders and drainage improvements.
