COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A 20-year-old man entered guilty pleas in two cases Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
Alexander Woodman, who has a listed address of Battle Creek, admitted his guilt to a charge of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct for having sexual relations with an underage girl last August.
He also entered a guilty plea to larceny from a vehicle between $1,000 and $20,000 for a crime that was committed in November 2018.
In exchange for his pleas, prosecutors will dismiss charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct and breaking and entering with intent.
Sentencing has been scheduled for June 10, 2019.
