COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -The Coldwater Downtown Development Authority Board adopted the organization’s budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 at their monthly meeting Wednesday.
Branch County Economic Growth Alliance Executive Director Lisa Miller said the new operating budget that goes into effect July 1, 2019 has over $93,000 thanks to an increase in Tax Increment Financing in the Central Business District.
The budget still needs to be approved by the Coldwater City Council.
The D.D.A. Board also approved $30,000 for the Façade Rebate Grant Program. They also approved a $1,000 donation to the Corner Farmers Market which will be operation for a fifth year this summer in Coldwater.
