QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – An Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for portions of northeast Indiana and southern lower Michigan which includes northern Steuben County, southeastern Branch County and central Hillsdale County until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
At 5:03 a.m. local law enforcement reported high water and some road closures as 1 to 2 inches of rain with amounts over 3 inches, was flowing into swollen creeks, streams and rivers. Water levels should slowly subside but drivers may encounter high water areas in their morning commute.
Additional rain may occur today that could increase flooding.
