JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s varsity golf team traveled to the Arbor Hills Golf Course in Jackson on Friday to participate in the Western Invitational and they came away with an eighth place finish out of 18 teams shooting a 345.
Coldwater was led by Alec Keplinger who shot a 75 which was good enough for a tie for first place with three other golfers. Noah Waterbury had an 88, Kyle Sheppard and Grey Skudlarick each had 91’s and Kyle Herman rounded out Coldwater’s scoring with a 92.
Quincy finished fourth out of 12 teams on Friday at the Sturgis Invitational. Lawson Tell finished ninth and earned a medal while Brody Glei was 11th.
