COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital has switched its health information management software. The new software is called EPIC and officials say it improves the efficiency, safety, quality, and patient experience through a single electronic record.
Patient results will be in one place throughout the entire ProMedica system.
Integrating into the hospital with EPIC is ProMedica MyChart which is a patient portal where patients can access all their medical records, pay bills, and do other important functions online.
Sign up for MyChart is available on promedica.org under the “Patient Login”.
With the new system “live”, patients are asked to bring some form of identification with their current address, currant insurance cards and a list of medications they are taking to help make the registration process smooth.
