STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – A youngster is apparently in custody for a fatal shooting near Sturgis.
Officials in St. Joseph County continue to be tight lipped about the investigation and are releasing very few details about the Monday morning crime because it involves a juvenile defendant.
The suspect is reportedly in custody but has not yet been charged.
The shooting claimed the life of a woman in the 68000 block of Plumb School Drive in Fawn River Township.
