COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The next step towards pursuing the redevelopment of the Four Corners Park in downtown Coldwater was taken on Monday night when the Coldwater City Council approved a contract with PM Blough and the Grand Rapids civil engineering firm of Fisher, Thompson, Carr and Huber.
City Manager Keith Baker said both have previously worked for the city.
Pam Blough of PM Blough has worked with the city over the last six years in the design and development of the project. FTC&H is the city’s primary civil engineering consulting firm.
They would handle the work covering the survey, civil engineering and construction drawings as well as the project bidding.
Construction is expected to start in September with the first phase wrapping up next spring.
