Clara A. Wolfcale, 76, of Coldwater, passed away Saturday,
May 11, 2019 in Hillsdale County.
The service will be held Friday, May 17, 2019 at 11:00 AM at
Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Jon Bruney from Zion Missionary
Church officiating. Interment will follow at Lockwood Cemetery. Visitation will
be Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 4-8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home.
Clara was born May 25, 1942 in Hamler, OH to Earl &
Luella (Bauer) Walter. She married Jerald Wolfcale
on July 1, 1966 in Coldwater, he preceded her in death on March 20, 2008.
Mrs. Wolfcale had worked for Kizers Grocery in Quincy, MT
Shaw, L & S Products, Scott’s Grocery in Angola, Wal Mart and the Shoppers
Guide. She attended Zion Missionary Church in Fremont, IN and formerly Stokes
Chapel in Montgomery, where she sang in the choir and was active in the Ladies
Aide. Clara belonged to the BIHN (Branch Int. Homeless Network), Red Hat
Society and volunteered at Beginnings Care for Life. She enjoyed listening to
music at the Gospel Barn and loved spending time with her family, especially
her grandchildren.
Clara is survived by her children Daniel (Nichole Minshall) Wolfcale
of Knoxville, TN, Darin (Sonya) Wolfcale of Coldwater, Darla (Randy) Watson of
Fremont, IN, her sister Evelyn (Elwin) VanHoosear of Quincy, her grandchildren
Caitlyn, Mazee, Aimee and Gavin. In addition to her husband, she was preceded
in death by her children David & Donna Wolfcale, half sister Mary Marchal, her
granddaughter Kayla Wagoner and both parents.
