Jacqueline A. Snyder, 74, of Coldwater, passed away
Sunday, May 26, 2019, at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.
In following Jacquie’s wishes, cremation has taken
place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation
services have been provided by Dutcher Funeral Home of Coldwater.
Jacquie was born March 30, 1945, to Edward and Thelma
(Vincent) Grigg in East Detroit. She was a caring and giving person, supporting
people with disabilities through her many years of work at Adapt. Jacquie was a
woman of faith and a long-time member of and minister in the Community of
Christ in Coldwater.
Jacquie was a woman with many interests. She enjoyed
playing cards, especially hearts. Jacquie had a love of animals of all types,
and collected many cow memorabilia. Her true joy in life was spending time with
family and friends. Jacquie will be remembered for her outgoing personality and
ability to make people laugh. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Jacqueline is survived by her sisters Beverly Reppert
of San Luis Obispo, CA, and Geraldine Grigg of Fitchburg, WI; her nieces and
nephews Daniel (Donna) Reppert, Janiece Heaviland, Diana Dee Graves, Terrie
(Jeff) Slack, Trudy (Steve) Zimmerman, Mark (Amanda) Auerback, and Kathryne
Auerback. She was preceded in death by her parents; her infant daughter Connie;
her son Jason; her sister Marjorie McMichael; and her brothers-in-law Richard
Reppert and Cliff McMichael.
