COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -The 74th annual Branch County Fly-in Breakfast takes place Sunday at the Branch County Memorial Airport.
It is the only fundraiser of the year for the Flying Club of Branch County. The money raised from the event will go towards scholarships for students who are interested in pursuing a career in aviation.
All you can eat pancakes, sausages and beverages will be served from 7:00 a.m. until 12 noon at the Elite Air Service Hangar. It’s $7 for adults and $4 for youngsters between four and 11. Kids three and under eat for free.
Subject to the weather, helicopter rides will be available for $25 per person. Airplane rides in the classic Beech 18 will also available for $50 if the weather holds.
A Blessing of the Bikes sponsored by Planet Powersports will take place at 10:00 a.m.. The cost is $20 per rider as the group of motorcyclists will head to Hell, Michigan after the blessing.
