COLDWATER,MI (WTVB) – Michigan State Police are investigating an accident on the east side of Coldwater in which a pickup truck crashed into the Interstate All Battery store on U.S. 12 just before 12 noon Friday.
A woman who was driving the pickup apparently suffered a medical issue before the accident. She was taken to ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
No one inside the building was injured but the crash left a hole in the side of the building. Despite that, Interstate Battery Center is open for business. Crews fixed the wall where the crash took place Friday afternoon and other businesses helped with the clean up.
