COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A 75-year old Coldwater man is facing two charges of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly assaulting a 28-year old woman.
David McKay was arraigned Saturday in Branch County District Court with one count of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct with penetration and one count of 4th degree criimnal sexual conduct touching.
Coldwater City Police say the alleged crimes occurred in March 2018 at a business in the area. According to police, the reported victim is what authorities described as a vulnerable adult.
McKay is free on a $25,000 bond pending a probable cause hearing in Branch County District Court scheduled for July 3, with his preliminary exam set for July 9, 2019.
