COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After three decades of serving Branch County government, Verna Winger is retiring.
Winger was honored for her 30 years of service to the county Tuesday by the Branch County Board of Commissioners. She is retiring this week after working in the Administrator’s Office as a senior account clerk.
