BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The 2018-2019 Bronson High School girls volleyball team not only showed championship form on the court but in the classroom as well.
For the 12th time, the program has earned a team academic award from the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
Bronson was one of 30 schools from Michigan to be recognized by the national organization. Over 1,100 teams from around the country earned the honor.
The award, which was initiated in the 1992-93 academic year, honors collegiate and high school volleyball teams that maintained at least a 3.3 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale of a 4.1 cumulative team GPA on a 5.0 scale.
