PARMA, MI (WTVB) – The Michigan State Police in Jackson say they have arrested suspects in connection with a series of property thefts in Calhoun and Jackson Counties.
The break in the case came after troopers were dispatched to a business on West Michigan Avenue in Parma to investigate a breaking and entering.
They say the suspects who were driving a U-Haul truck broke into several buildings in the area and stole numerous items.
After a canvass of the area, the suspects were eventually located at a residence in Calhoun County and taken into custody.
A number of property items believed to have been stolen were also recovered.
The investigation is still ongoing. The number of suspects taken into custody is not available.
