COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Several road maintenance projects are scheduled to take place in the City of Coldwater over the next several weeks.
Hatch Avenue from Green Street to Western Avenue, Henry Street from North Fremont to North Polk, and East Washington Street west of South Sprague will only be open to local traffic for two separate weeks.
Milling work will be done this week with paving work scheduled to be done the week of September 2nd.
In addition, a major roadwork project is getting underway on South Jefferson as contractors will be pouring and installing new sidewalks, curbs, and drive approaches. Due to the amount of concrete being poured, residential parking will be restricted until the concrete has been approved for use.
All residents are asked to stay off the concrete and to park on the nearby streets of Pearl, Washington, Perkins and Park for the next couple of weeks.
