COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Fremont, Indiana man who was charged last fall with sexually assaulting and videotaping a passed out woman entered guilty pleas to four charges Thursday in Branch County Circuit Court.
30-year-old Bradley Renner admitted his guilt to charges of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, larceny, possession of a non-narcotic drug and eavesdropping.
Three charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct will be dismissed by prosecutors in exchange for his guilty pleas. Sentencing has been scheduled for September 30th. The Michigan State Police investigated the incidents in March and April 2018.
Detectives also accused Renner of stealing Adderall from the victim. The woman in the case filed the complaint when she heard he was letting others see the video. Renner claimed he didn’t show it to anyone, but someone found it on his phone. He also denied drugging the woman.
