CAMDEN TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – An Amish family of four was injured in Hillsdale County’s Camden Township Saturday afternoon, after their horse drawn buggy was struck from behind by a pickup truck.
The accident is being investigated by Michigan State Police.
They have not released any information on the crash but according to the Hillsdale Daily News, the injured included the husband, wife, an infant and a small child.
Four medical helicopters were called in to airlift the injured persons from the scene of the crash on Dimmers Road near Edon Road. The pickup truck driver was not injured.
