PORTAGE, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School girls varsity swim and diving team opened their season Tuesday night with a 107-73 loss at Portage Central.
The season started off with a bang, as Jillian McKinley qualified for the Michigan High School Athletic Association state meet in the 100 Butterfly. Mia Rzepka also started the year on the right foot, earning a win in the one meter dive.

Union City split a pair of matches at Stockbridge Tuesday night as they defeated Stockbridge 25-20, 25-21 but lost to Marshall 19-25, 16-25. The Chargers record is now 2-3-1.
