COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Over 200 vendors are scheduled to be on hand Saturday for Applefest in downtown Coldwater.
This is the first year the City of Coldwater and the Coldwater Recreation Department will be running the event after it had been operated for years by the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce.
The 33rd Annual Applefest and Craft Show is free and will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m..
City of Coldwater Community Enrichment Director Julie Santure says Applefest is a community festival which brings in a lot of out of town visitors.
As the name says, there will be plenty of fresh apples, craft booths, and much more.
Delbert Walling will be performing live music from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Final bidding for the Coldwater Friends of the Branch District Library Chair-ity Etc. auction will take place during Applefest until 2:00 p.m.. All proceeds from the auction will go to support the Coldwater Branch for programming and events.
