HAMILTON, IN (WTVB) – A Sturgis woman was killed Tuesday night in a crash near Hamilton, Indiana.
WANE-TV reports the fatal victim was 43-year-old Patsy M. Burton, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sheriff’s Department in DeKalb County says Burton was driving north on County Road 61, when for an unknown reason, she went off the road. According to investigators, it looked like Burton over corrected and lost control of her vehicle.
The vehicle then hit several trees as it went down a ditch line and eventually rolled onto its top.
