COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Downtown Development Authority Board approved a nearly $2,000 full page ad for the 2020 Coldwater Country Visitors Guide Wednesday morning after some questions were answered about the guide’s distribution and locations.
Economic Development Assistant Audrey Tappenden said the guide has a distribution total of nearly 40,000.
It’s also available on 30 racks throughout Branch County as well as Welcome Centers in Michigan and along the Pennsylvania Turnpike heading west.
The guide is available at trade shows and is put into welcome bags for large groups. It’s also available on line.
Tappenden said the ad rates have not gone up in this year’s guide.
At the end of the meeting, Jay Johnson was honored as his term on the board was coming to an end. He had served on the Downtown Development Authority board since 2002.
