BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Bronson High School administrators reported on the district’s Facebook page on Friday that they were made aware of a threat during the morning hours to the school which was written on a classroom table.
Officials report the student responsible was quickly identified and after a thorough investigation, consequences have been imposed.
A threat assessment team which included local police, administrators and staff met to determine the credibility of the threat.
Superintendent Rick Hilderley says it was a very self-contained and isolated incident.
He also said the district will work closely with Bronson Police and take any steps necessary to protect students and staff.
